This policy explains what happens to the information you give Well Lived. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What is collected
When you register for a Monthly Reset, Well Lived collects your first name, email address, chosen date, and whether you asked to receive the Well Lived letter. When you join the letter, Well Lived collects your first name and email address.
Why it is collected
To reserve your seat, record your chosen date, send your meeting link, respond to your request, and send the Well Lived letter only when you opted in.
What is not done with it
Your information is never sold, rented, or traded. It is not shared with advertisers.
Who processes it
Monthly Reset registrations and Well Lived letter subscribers are added to MailerLite. Registration and consent records are also stored in Neon so Well Lived can retain the event registration and exact consent record. Transactional email is sent through Resend. Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated abuse. These providers process information only to provide those services.
How long it is kept
Information is kept until it is no longer needed for the reason it was collected, or until you ask for it to be removed. Every issue of the Well Lived letter includes an unsubscribe link.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information held about you. You can also cancel a Reset registration. Write to WellLived@danaloverde.com. Requests are handled within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
Well Lived does not currently load analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may use strictly necessary browser storage when a form needs abuse protection.
